I've built an HTML template to use with the reports module and each time I upload it it give me this error:

The File D:\WebSites\DotNetNuke\Portals\0\catalog_report.htm Is A Restricted File Type. Valid File Types Include ( *. swf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.jpe, *.gif, *.bmp, *.png, *.doc, *.xls, *.ppt, *.pdf, *.txt, *.xml, *.xsl, *.css, *.zip ). Please Contact Your Hosting Provider If You Need To Upload A File Type Which Is Not Supported.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change or am I just doing something worng??

Well I found out where you have to place the file and just did it manually, but now I have another issue.

I'm trying to make a catalog and have it show images as a result, but I'm not sure where I need to place the images or how to code it. This is what I have so far tho:
